Quartz conglomerate care
Quartz conglomerate is beautiful and elegant, and looks like a natural stone. It is also highly resistant for damages, discoloration and temperature.
However, to keep its beauty for the long years of daily use, we have to take care of it properly. Despite its hardness, we recommend using cutting boards, and despite its stain-resistance, we recommend fast reaction when it contacts with a strong pigments, such as berries. Also, strong detergents can cause irreversible changes in color and structure of the table top. Pay attention, that the conglomerate is resistant for temperature, but only under the 120°C, so it is necessary to use table pats for example for hot pots.
Cleaning and maintenance
For cleaning the quartz conglomerate you have to use regular, but unaggressive detergents (without strong acids and basics, which can be found in some products). Just clean it with a clean water and delicate wipe. In case you need an intensive cleaning, you have to use cleaner dedicated for natural granites.

Care for quartz surfaces
Maintaining LAMINAM surfaces is simple and does not require any special precautions. For routine cleaning, simply use a microfiber cloth dampened with water and a neutral detergent. Wipe the surface with the cloth, rinse with water, and thoroughly dry.
In case of any stubborn dirt, precision cleaning is recommended. Always test the effectiveness of the product on a small area before cleaning. Detailed guidelines can be found on the website www.laminam.com.

MDF boards are durable but require gentle care to maintain their aesthetic appearance over time.

Care of veneer protected with oil-wax
As mentioned above, we use only products from one manufacturer — RUBIO MONOCOAT. These are safe, certified products, free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and approved for contact with food and children’s toys. It’s always best to use dedicated, professional products. As furniture makers working with Rubio, we provide customers with a complete set of products for one-time protection, maintenance, and daily care. It is important to understand the correct application process — properly applied, it ensures that you’ll never have to worry about your veneered fronts or countertops again. However, incorrect steps can produce the opposite effect.
Cleaning and daily maintenance
To prolong the life of veneered fronts, use care products designed specifically for oiled surfaces. Do not clean them with dish soap, window cleaner, or universal cleaning liquids — these will wash out and damage the oil coating. We recommend RMC Surface Care, which not only removes everyday stains but also beautifully cleans and nourishes the surface, visibly extending the oil’s durability. It replenishes and revitalizes the wood with regular use. The same effect can be achieved with RMC Soap concentrate, though it should be diluted in different proportions.
Refinishing
Step 1. Stain removal – Rubio offers three specialized cleaning agents: RMC Tannin Remove, RMC Grease Remover, RMC Limespot Remover.
Step 2. Sanding
Step 3. Vacuuming
Step 4. Cleaning the surface after sanding and vacuuming (RMC Cleaner)
Step 5. Oiling – mix the oil thoroughly with the accelerator and apply evenly to the surface
Step 6. Drying

Leather care
The inside of a drawer finished with leather should be cleaned gently and regularly to maintain its elegant appearance and durability.
Cleaning and maintenance
For everyday care, use a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and minor dirt. For larger stains, a specialized leather-care product may be applied in a thin layer and gently wiped after drying. Avoid alcohol, detergents, and cleaning agents containing ammonia, as they can dry out or discolor the leather. To preserve its flexibility and sheen, it’s advisable to occasionally use a nourishing leather cream or balm, which prevents cracking and color fading.

Fabric care
Upholstery fabrics such as velvet, chenille, and bouclé are durable and elegant but require proper care to maintain their appearance over time.
Cleaning and maintenance
For daily upkeep, simply vacuum the fabric regularly with a soft-brush attachment to prevent the buildup of dust and debris. For small stains, gently wipe the surface with a slightly damp, soft cloth, avoiding excess water. For tougher stains, use mild upholstery cleaners, always testing them first in an inconspicuous area.
Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or alcohol-based products, as they can damage the fibers or cause discoloration.

Care of painted steel
Painted steel should be maintained regularly to preserve its aesthetic appearance and protect the surface from scratches and corrosion. For cleaning, a soft, damp cloth or sponge with a mild detergent is sufficient. After wiping, the surface should be thoroughly dried to prevent streaks.
Abrasive cleaners, solvents, alcohol, or cleaning powders should not be used, as they can damage the coating.

Wood Care
To maintain the refined appearance of wood, it is recommended to avoid aggressive cleaning agents, detergents, and products containing alcohol or solvents. The best choice is mild cleaners intended for wood care or natural maintenance products, selected according to the type of finish. Wood, reacting to its environment, remains a “living” material — therefore it should be protected from prolonged exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, and intense sunlight, which over time may affect its color.
