Mirror bedside cabinet with MDF top and chamfered, mirror drawer front in an MDF frame Brooklyn Silk II Brooklyn Collection
Our latest Brooklyn Silk bedside cabinet collection is timeless, combining tradition with modernity. The color palette is cohesive and calm, yet elegant and refined, making it suitable not only for glamour-style interiors – it also works perfectly in modern country, New York, or Hampton styles. It is distinguished by an original MDF top design and two basic drawer front styles introduced to the collection: fluted and chamfered mirrored, set in a narrow, rounded MDF frame.
The highest quality satin MDF finish feels like delicate silk to the touch. The bedside cabinet with a satin MDF top and a fluted MDF drawer, combined with a chamfered, mirror body and shelf from the BROOKLYN SILK collection, features a classic, simple, and carefully crafted form, decorated only with a fluted drawer front without a knob and a subtle groove on the top. The drawer, as a new structural element, further enhances its functionality. The table consistently maintains the same form and shape as other designs in the Brooklyn collection, based on a simple structure and a chrome-coated frame.

The bedside table has a traditional, simple structure. The sides and back of the table top are finished with chamfered crystal mirror with a height of 10 cm. The top surface is finished with satin MDF in a warm white color, and the edge features a subtle groove that additionally decorates the piece. The MDF elements used in this design have been perfected by our workshop and are made of the highest quality materials, and the color can be changed upon request according to the RAL or NCS color palette.
We installed a drawer within the structure of the top, matching its width – 45 cm. The drawer is finished with chamfered crystal mirror framed with a narrow, subtle rounded MDF frame in the color of the table top. The bottom of the drawer is lined with leather in the color of the body. The chrome-coated frame is solid and stable, and its openwork form gives it a sense of lightness. The subtle chrome profile is a square measuring 4.5 cm by 4.5 cm, resistant to the passage of time.
The shelf is also made of chamfered crystal mirror and is mounted 14 cm above the floor. The shelf mounting is solid and stable, also on the chrome frame. The cross reinforcements supporting the shelf are more discreet, and the frame in this section measures 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm. Additionally, the shelf features a simple system that limits its movement and stabilizes it in place, ensuring it does not slide off. The total height of the table is 50 cm and the depth is 35 cm. Each dimension can be adjusted and personalized according to the client’s needs.
The Brooklyn Collection features a harmonious, simple, and minimalist construction on a chrome frame. Its modern look stems from the absence of ornamentation—only a crystal knob on the drawers nostalgically references the tradition of cut glass, while the mirrored surfaces add a touch of glamour. The tabletop is solid and minimalist, resting on a sleek chrome base. The collection’s greatest advantage is its versatility.
We have created several variations: Brooklyn Marble, featuring a Calacatta Silva quartz conglomerate top, Brooklyn Pure, finished with white lacobel, Brooklyn Dark, finished with black lacobel, Brooklyn Elegance, where all mirrored elements are chamfered, and Brooklyn Silk, which combines crystal mirror with subtle MDF elements.
Mirror is beautiful, but also fragile and sensitive. Damages on the mirror or glass surfaces can easily decrease its original charm and beauty, so it is good to prevent them. By keeping them in a good conditions, we can enjoy them for a long time. Don’t place things with a rough or sharp bases on the mirror and glass surfaces. You can avoid scratches and water rings by using pads on the table tops.
Care and maintenance of crystal mirror
Avoid using paper towels on mirror and glass surfaces – it will leave an unaesthetic lints.
Don’t use sharp or rugged things and detergents containing acids or ammonia, so that it can destroy the silver back and edges of the mirror.
Use a high quality products, dedicated for cleaning the mirror and glass surfaces, such as wipes made of microfiber, which are very soft and springy. It is enough to wipe the surface with a dry or wet wipe.
Care and maintenance of MDF
Clean MDF surfaces with a soft, damp microfiber cloth using mild detergents or water with a small amount of dish soap, then dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, abrasive sponges, and excessive moisture, as these can cause swelling or damage to the material.
