Rounded forms and soft lines have recently challenged simple shapes. Designs based on circular forms have appealed to many people looking for interesting interior solutions. The mirror console top, shaped along an arch, subtly captures light and movement, enhancing the softness of the form in contrast to sharp, technical structures. The rounded edges give it a gentle appearance, inviting touch and creating a calming atmosphere.

 

Woodworking is a constant challenge, both in terms of materials and growing customer expectations, which is why we continuously learn. As a result, our original furniture captivates with subtle elegance, geometric forms and carefully considered details. Our designs usually stem from a fascination with a specific concept, selected finishing materials, shape, and therefore the techniques required to create it. Drawing on our previous experience in carpentry, we have now begun working with turned wooden forms, combining them not only with mirror elements but also with MDF. Shaping delicate, visually light forms requires exceptional craftsmanship and mastery, especially as we use only manually controlled tools.

 

Creating details such as wooden legs, chamfered mirror arches on the top, and shaping the entire top along an arch is master craftsmanship, increasingly rare in mass-produced furniture. In this console, the crystal mirror plays the leading role — its shape, pattern and unique reflective refractions enhance the play of natural light within the interior. These are our favorite moments, when flat mirror surfaces transform into subtle curves in the structure and reveal the material’s character.

 

The soft line of the console and the mirror table top create a dialogue between form and light reflections, reminiscent of noble stones. Luxury is revealed here in the precision of the arch, the quality of the surfaces and the controlled play of reflections.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

This elegant console has a classic form.
The structure of the top is made of chamfered crystal mirror shaped along a gentle arch, effectively reflecting light. The front of the top is finished with precisely cut and assembled elements of chamfered mirror, creating the impression of a mosaic breaking along the structure, emphasizing the unique character of the piece. The mirrored elements are 13 cm high and 10 cm wide, with small chamfers of 1 cm. Along the arches, the elements are arranged more densely, while centrally at the front there is one striking horizontal element. At this point, a drawer can be installed upon request.

 

The back of the console is also finished with chamfered mirror, allowing it to be placed not only against a wall but also freely within a space.
The console is set on turned wooden legs, which can be customized or selected from designs available in our Materials section. The legs can be painted according to the RAL or NCS color palette in satin, matte or gloss finish, or remain in their natural color protected with oil wax. The total width of the console at the back is 90 cm, while the height of the top is 13 cm.

 

The console is quite narrow, only 25 cm deep, making it suitable for limited spaces, while its well-balanced construction ensures high stability. The total height of the console is 95 cm. The piece is made as a single structure and delivered using our safe transport.

    CARE

    Mirror is beautiful, but also fragile and sensitive. Damages on the mirror or glass surfaces can easily decrease its original charm and beauty, so it is good to prevent them. By keeping them in a good conditions, we can enjoy them for a long time. Don’t place things with a rough or sharp bases on the mirror and glass surfaces. You can avoid scratches and water rings by using pads on the table tops.

     

    Cleaning and maintenance

     

    Avoid using paper towels on mirror and glass surfaces – it will leave an unaesthetic lints.

     

    Don’t use sharp or rugged things and detergents containing acids or ammonia, so that it can destroy the silver back and edges of the mirror.

     

    Use a high quality products, dedicated for cleaning the mirror and glass surfaces, such as wipes made of microfiber, which are very soft and springy. It is enough to wipe the surface with a dry or wet wipe.
